How do I find a club home page?

Click on the Find-a-Club link at the top of the screen.

Select a geographic region on the UK Map.

Jeannie will present a list of Tennis Jeannie Clubs linked to this region.

Click on a club name to go to the Club Home page.

If you are registered with a Tennis Jeannie club just enter your username and password at the login panel and Jeannie will automatically take you to your club home page.

How do I find the login panel?

We have implemented a new version of Tennis Jeannie, if you previously had pages within the site bookmarked, these may now have moved and as a result you may not see the login panel. If this is the case, we recommend that you visit www.tennisjeannie.com our new homepage where you will be able to login as normal. You will then be routed to the correct pages for your club.

Validate Email Address

When you add or amend your email address on your User Account Tennis Jeannie will send you a Validate Email Address (VEA) email. You need to click on the CONFIRM button embedded in the VEA email to let Jeannie know that she can reliably deliver email alert messages to your inbox.

Jeannie will only send you email alerts if your VEA Flag = SET
